@GeorgePointon_ 6 year olds are awesome! My own was very excited to tell me his teacher had taught them all about South America and that there were different countries in South America one of which is called “Pepper”. He meant Chile!

@WhySharksMatter It was fantastic! My students loved it and I believe so did a number of parents, sitting just outside the lesson. Thank you for answering so many questions. I loved some of the questions put to you. One student asked me afterwards when you were coming to see our sharks.

@science_barbie Thank you for this - I used the African Jacana as part of a Natural Science assignment and the class couldn’t quite get their head round the picture of the Jacana with the babies legs hanging down. This will delight.

@LoudMouthedChic On a small dose and while it lessened my anxiety, it also made me super grumpy and I felt removed from the world, like I was watching everything without any emotional or empathetic attachment.

@rhipratchett I was told by my vet that if you want to get a cat to swallow a pill, pop it in their mouth in a bit of cheese and fish paste and then gently blow on their nose which apparently will induce them to swallow. It’s worked with our cats.
