What is the value of such a delegation to Kenyans?

The First Lady is there with a sizeable support staff. 7 CSs are there, EACH WITH THEIR OWN SUPPORT STAFF, PSs, parastatal heads, and even the Judiciary have found their way there. I’m sure the back-up CSs, (aka the economic advisers) are there too. All at least flown first class.

All at the cost of Kenyan taxpayers.

UNGA is important, but does every official need to travel? what measurable value will Kenyans get from this expenditures?

We spend hundreds of millions sending delegations abroad, then a week later we are asking for El Niño aid/loan.

Wasteful recurrent expenditure is a burden to Kenyans. This must stop.
