Re lesson 2: Tatty old Giant also lost to angle grinder mob whilst locked in ‘secure’ Sounth Western Railways CCTV’d bike shed.

@TheAA_UK where do I even begin? Your call handler upsold me your ATE policy in the 5 mins after I was hit by another vehicle. You have now lost my car and cancelled the ATE (without telling me). Have been on hold for 40 mins trying to find answers…
