@Qantas four weeks later and still nothing done about the points incorrectly deducted from my account. Many, many, many phone calls later and still, no one knows how to or who can credit this back to me. Please train your customer service reps. Please.
@Qantas over 3 weeks now and still nothing. Called frequent flyers spoke with them, got transferred again to customer service and no one can apparently credit back the points you took from me. Why is it so hard??
@Qantas it’s been two weeks and still nothing done about the points. I just received an email from “customer service” telling me to phone the frequent flyer department. I have. Over three times. I got transferred to some other department, each time. Why is it so hard?!
@Qantas I’ve been calling and calling and waiting for an answer regarding points incorrectly deducted from my account, it’s been over a week since I lodged a complaint and still no response
@Qantas just spoke to the laziest customer service rep who didn’t know the difference between a classic flight upgrade reward and a bid-now, nor did he know the difference between premium economy or business and took over half an hour of my time to explain to him 🥲
@theprojecttv was going to say something about the awful systemic racism against First Nations being felt by all those of non-Euro descent, but then it was so finely illustrated by a racist comment against the Chinese by the mayor of that town 😅
@WenleiMa I was having yum cha during CNY celebrations, was surprised but extremely pleased to observe that a large portion of non-Chinese people had red pockets ready to give to the lion dancers; it’s a wonderful feeling to see others embrace my culture ☺️#thegoodnewsstory
@auspost@Venus4828 How long does it usually take @austpost? Mine’s been associated to parcel locker since 6am and it’s now 1pm (express post that’s already taken more than a few days to arrive..)
@theprojecttv Also, no one cares how badly smoke affects asthmatics. Everyone applauds back burning to prevent further deaths which is understandable, and yet 500 people die from asthma every year.
