Socially normalizing therapy isn't enough. We gotta talk about the privilege of affording it, the trauma from past bad experiences, accessibility. We need black therapists for black people, disabled therapists for disabled people, with that same disability, and so on.

Social media can get hard for chronic illness folk during lockdown. It’s a sea of people (understandably) saying how terrible their life will be without restaurants, pubs, parties and mates. If that’s your actual life, I hope you’re doing okay reading it. You are tough and loved.
