Shame on @priceline for comparing quality hotels like @CourtyardHotels and @BestWestern to dumps like Porto Villa in San Diego in Express Deals and then not taking accountability for this poor comparison when a customer has a wretched experience. No more Priceline for me. 😡
@priceline when you claim a hotel is comparable to a Courtyard By Marriott, but it’s actually a crappy, dirty motel with sheets so worn you can see through them, you should offer a refund and not have a “supervisor” argue with the customer for FORTY minutes offering NO solutions.
Literally having the WORST experience ever with @priceline right now. On phone for 30 min. After ending up with an express deal that is rated 3-star and is actually a dirty motel, not even comparable to a Motel 6. UGH!
