10lbs down in a week! Was getting bad abt binging recently but last Thurs was the day I decided to stop. Ive been fasting almost the whole time with few snacks in between. Im also a big c/s girl so that definitely helped!
Weighed in .2lbs heavier this morning but honestly not beating my self up bc its barely a difference and eating three full meals yesterday gave me so much energy for my fast and my workout today
