I have to fill it in to get the postage label to print but do I need to stick the customs form it produces on my envelope too?

@RoyalMailHelp hi - I arranged for a collection yesterday at an address (not mine) .The message that came back said “collection unsuccessful as parcel wasn’t available” Does that mean someone answered the door and the parcel wasn’t there or that no one was in.
