@ATTHelp I have, and am still having, the worst experience of my life with AT&T. Customer 1998! Latest iPhone upgrade hung up and destroyed my iPhone maxpro 14, they cancelled 17 order after delay prevented temporary replacement & pin change. Told I'm SOL 30days+. Disabled/homebound.
