I forgot to say.. the elderly gentleman was not my headmaster, but he taught, and continues to teach me much about life. Of course , it was none other than my dad aka “Dick Turpin” …

At the school reunion ,amidst the laughter and chatter ,an elderly deaf gentleman sits ,as 40 & 50 somethings queue to shake his hand and share memories.Their respect & his pride are obvious. He was their headmaster - NEVER underestimate the power of the educator.
