@travisakers I had to be that manager, more than once. Don't come by to harass my crew. Order. Pay. Leave. It's that easy. Would back it up on the floor with retraining or change positions. Customers want good service, servers want good customers. Be a good customer, usually get good service

Starting tomorrow, when a co-worker asks me what to do on a file I am going to ask them what do they think they should do. And then help them work through thinking of solutions. They'll thank me later.
