Are there any MLR review process experts for pharma content in Bangalore/India? Asking for a friend who’s freelancing in healthcare and needs to borrow some expertise. Slow pace, longer cycle. DM if interested.

@doristsao@HesseJanis Such deep work! Summarizing what I understood - Is it fair to say that our neural activity keeps checking 15 times every second whether our current state of conscious awareness is in a continuing state or not, unless there’s a new unconscious signal to process?!
Deliberately building a system to start with hard things first. Just followed up on my dental appointment that had been pending. It’s hard because of the barriers/excuses that a healthy guy (me) won’t make. GET IT DONE. On to the next one. Today’s 1%

@RadicDavydov I’m curious how everyone plans this for themselves. Do you have a system that works for you? My current way - pause at places that feel impactful, reflect - notes/actions. Implement a tiny action before reading further. For me - X is a good way to close my accountability loop
@theofinr Google search in AI mode - brings you close to strong sources and references (needs personal validation/judgement to classify what’s strong). Then feed them into Gemini notebooks and deep dive into any topic.
@Sonderisfon “Don’t fear the shadows. It only means there’s a light shining nearby.” - it’s a quote that keeps me focused on the bright side when things may seem not so bright.
How do you execute something you read that makes you pause and reflect, and would love to bring into action? Are there good systems out there, readers?
@samongaro_ Came across this a few days back - to elaborate on my healthcare example. The selling point for pharma was the years of savings in time and cost for drug discovery/clinical trials.

@samongaro_ I came at this from a different angle. I believe this skill will become more valuable because everyone’s now building using AI. However, I do think AI will directly help sectors like healthcare get closer to identifying and solving problems quicker (e.g - drug repurposing)
Other things I kept thinking about becoming are - I’m happy, I’m a problem-solver (as a core identity). An interesting exercise to do from time to time to see who you are deeply
@SahilBloom - I feel your book will complement and sharpen this from different angles.
Annotated life to action today by switching from the usual task list to the becoming list.

System: Don’t rush to the tasks you want to “achieve”. Describe the identity you are “becoming”, and ask yourself what will this person you are becoming now do?
