@KLM 12 days later, holding daily 30 - 40 mins trying to contact KLM. The Team refuse to call me with updates, they say not allowed to make outbound calls. Appauling experience. Bags are in Atlanta since Sunday. But that Story changes daily😟How is this acceptable?

@claimadvisoroff I have been on Whats app numerous times. They take days to respond. Nobody is owning this, I would be grateful if I could have one contact. I currently on hold to the KLM customer service line 51 minutes and still holding to get in touch with your customer service.
