@thismorning The burn on my hand after boiling water exploded out of a hot water bottle earlier this year. My had is still marked. So glad you have brought up this issue!
@DHSCgovuk what is the current guidance for visiting care homes in England? It currently shows as 'withdrawn' on 1st Apr. Families need more time with their loved ones! #carehomecrisisuk#covidguidelines
@DHSC statement says the guidance on care home visiting will be published in due course. Not clear when starts, but says it is to balance importance of family contact with current covid-19 situation.
No end of issues with @SamsungUK... Good luck anyone trying to get hold of the sales team as they literally cut you off or ignore you, and don't call back... I'm on day 2 trying to get through to unblock my phone. Thanks for that! #badcustomerservice
Sending messages or posting content that causes psychological harm could land you in prison for two years under laws targeting online hate. @darrenadam asks: how effective will this be at combating abuse?
I'd like to know what is going on with @UberUK right now. 3 times this week, I've struggled to get home due to drivers constantly cancelling looking for higher fares. Is womens safety not important to you? I'm not alone with this issue! #SafetyFirst @UberUKsupport
@Epithemiou @Uber I feel your pain! Its impossible! I was surprised at the backlash I got from angry cabbies when I tweeted about this too. Doesn't make me want to get in their taxis either!
@Anthony23Bryant@markinglis77@UberUK @UberUKsupport @Taxiapp_UK_@Taxi__Now Thanks both. I was starting to lose my faith for a minute! I APPRECIATE the helpful response too. Luckily I actually know some cabbies who are great people so know that these guys don't represent cabbies as a whole. Projecting that anger is not beneficial
@UberUK Thank you, will do. The driver I ended up with was a lovely guy and very friendly, not the alternative angry spitty feathers type I realise is another option, so I realise that was a plus!
