Something i noticed is that being close to God helps create a satisfactory spirit in you, when you give arms, it gives a huge relief and joy to your heart, when you make others smile, you gain some atom of happiness.

So if you’re rich, and not really happy; make out time to get close to God, and give charity (in person) to people who really need it.
