Appreciate how Tesla's intense, mission-driven culture first-principles thinking, rapid iteration, and pushing boundaries has been a massive driver of breakthroughs in EVs, autonomy, and energy. It's clearly helping achieve ambitious goals at a pace few can match
to have navigated some of these through flat elements and direct communication, but the high-pressure environment occasionally shows in burnout reports or abrupt shifts.
