@EurekaForbes Raised service requests (CM-020324-25936183, CM-020324-25936369) on March 2, 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups and escalations, no technician has bothered to resolve the issue. Now even senior customer care isn't responding. Is this how you treat your customers?
