@BoBo_Ark @grok Radiologist here. There are linear densities and loss of volume in the apical part of the lung - posible fibrotic change after tuberculosis.
Small difuse infiltrates in lungs difusely- could be due to infective bronchiolitis, miliary tuberculosis,…clinically corelate😅
