@ateachersvision@C_LouisAHT It doesn’t matter that I don’t know. Unfortunately I’m just going by what I’ve seen happen time and time again. It’s always down to inexperience in the job and life!
@IamaMysteryGirl@ateachersvision With that response you should not be anywhere near children. Doesn’t matter if you censor it. Also who says I’m teaching them any sort of attitude. Anyway, bye, C U Next Tuesday.
@C_LouisAHT@ateachersvision If she hadn’t included her age I may have agreed with you but at 23 with 18 months teaching does equal inexperience. Also I’m anonymous because I want to stay anonymous.
@C_LouisAHT@ateachersvision What has getting over-promoted early in a career got to do with mental health. I’ve seen it go wrong and destroy schools and departments time and time again. I’m just saying it how I see it. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
@Ellie_Hawker@ateachersvision What has promotion and being promoted too early got to do with mental health? Inexperienced managers can destroy employees’ mental health!!
@MissWadden Some kids love that strict teacher because it’s not that you’re strict it’s that you’re showing them what they can do when they put their minds to it and focus. You should cherish that, I’ve kept every positive note I’ve received.
I spent last night being detained by my local police force under the Mental Health Act. Starting to wonder if I will ever be well enough to get back to my career. Every time I think I’ve hit my lower point I am proven wrong!!
@EISUnion In the meantime my MH is deteriorating as a result of not being able to do the job I love and experiencing gaslighting from my ELT. My amazing colleagues are helping keep me going.
@EISUnion I am being bullied out my job for having a MH condition by mgt. my classes were doing fantastic and were on track but I had a target on my back. So I am off sick and my pupils have 3 different teachers.
@historyguy7292 They tried to say there were concerns that I was struggling but have yet to give examples. How can I defend or work on it if I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
Question for #schoolleaders#headteachers. Would you employ a teacher who had a great track record with their pupils and their work ethic but had two significant absences in one year. 3 months each, both MH related. (1/2)
