this week, i got dx'ed with severe obstructive sleep apnea primarily due to obesity and pre diabetes. i cant focus on my mcat studying and im already behind on this. i had a hunch this would happen but seeing it in my med record hits different. this week freaking sucked.

i supported & loved a man who was praised for his genuine self, who INSPIRED me to be more kind & honest.

i don’t see that man in that apology that was nothing but vague & insincere. we deserve more than this. the woman you met deserves more than this. bare the WHOLE truth.

in a way, his passing helped me realize that my life was truly valuable.. i was just coming out from my depression and still had some struggles with it.

i always think its unfortunate how it took a classmate's death for me to realize that i needed to live

3 yrs ago, one of my high school classmates committed suicide @ college. i had just come out from a 2 yr battle w/depression & the news of his death shocked me. i felt so bad that he had to go through this pain alone. i wish i had mustered up the courage to say hi to him.

turns out he was a great guy inside and out per his friends' accounts when the "in memoriam"s started pouring in. a given. why do the best always leave us first?

i will never be able to speak to him. the most i could do was send him a message via fb after his passing.

@WhyamIhereb The sizing is hit or miss IMO. Fabric is thicker than FIGS though which is nice for cooler weather situations / chilly working environments
