under SEWA SETU is completely broken. Appeal Ref: APPL534732393. Case was recommended for issuance multiple times (SL 25, 36, 53, 71, 80, 101), yet kept circulating in unending verification loops. The 1st appeal has been pending with DC Kamrup since May 13 with zero action taken.
