@cheerukgoss I was always bought up learning that sticking ur tongue out while performing resulted in deductions ect, then moved gyms a few years ago and literally everyone does it so not actually too sure, all flyers i ever see stuck their tongue out in the air

@cheerukgoss If it becomes an exhibition bthen it’s fine, usually it’s only needed for a coach to fill in if an athlete is injured or unable to attend

@cheerukgoss Personally I think they are, although all worlds teams no matter the gym are hard to make due to the overall hard competition required for worlds ect. They also keep the same team where possible and don’t really change much
