ANS: You can report any crime that poses a dangerous threat to your life. This could be robbery, kidnapping, or assault.

You can also explain how you would like the Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU) to be careful and take certain steps in handling the situation.

I am scared to make a report because of a special circumstance, what can I do?

ANS: On our APP, you can write this special circumstance while making the report.

What happens if my phone camera is bad and I can’t attach a picture or video on the APP?

ANS: There is another alternative where you can attach a voice note. This means that you can record the sounds in your location which will help in making your report on the ANONY SAFE APP.

After doing so, you can attach a file which could be a video, image or audio and make your report for a better understanding of the situation.

Then, click Submit. Now, you have made your report.

What do I do on the ANONY SAFE APP to make a report?

ANS: On opening the APP, click on the exclamation mark icon on the right corner of your screen.

You will then be asked to identify the kind of crime you want to report.
