@ChaseSupport When I talked to support, I asked for an email address where I can send my grievance and complaint, I was told there is none and I can talk to a supervisor but that the decision was final and irrevocable. Found zero logic or empathy from your support personnel
@Chase its been really a great experience banking with you! My wife was a victim of a check fraud, but guess what after she reported it, her account was closed permanently while it had payments active against it and a direct deposit. One of the worst customer service experience!
@ChaseSupport@ChaseSupport , this is a joint account with me and my wife but mostly operated by her. she is not available on twitter and hence my rant. If you need info, I can give what is necessary, but I would like to know why is this a standard operating procedure to penalize a victim?
When asked, they said they sent a letter about closing it and this was an irreversible decision. Now thats cool, and am happy for none of my family to bank with chase and will try to help others as well to make that decision.
