Then what the hell is problem with our DCM and State government in following the guidelines.

ಆದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲು‌ ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವುದು ವಿವೇಚನಾ ರಹಿತ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ!
