@IndiGo6E No consideration for infant traveller. Forget peers, even Airport staff/CISF had nothing good to say about Indigo. No concession on the rescheduled flight 10 hrs later. Next time I will be stressed, ruthless with myself but won't even talk to Indigo. I will be on time. Thx

@IndiGo6E Yes. I was late by 13 mins of which more than 10 were spent in a queue. All I ask is if your staff could handle a conversation politely. Confusing instructions. Staff who want to help vs staff who put them down in front of customers.
