Anthropic engineer:
"You're not supposed to prompt Claude. You're supposed to build a system that prompts itself."
In 45 minutes she breaks down how Anthropic builds agents that remember, learn from their mistakes, and get smarter with every run.
Worth more than any paid course you'll find on building agents.
Watch the session
Anthropic just dropped a 1-hour workshop on how to actually build with AI in 2026:
00:26 - Why they stopped prompting
16:57 - The system that builds, tests, and fixes itself
25:27 - One engineer replacing a 5-person team
36:25 - Building your first loop from scratch
This 1-hour watch could replace 10 AI engineering courses on the internet.
Watch it today, then read the step-by-step guide on building loops below.
In just 10 years, Varun Beverages went from $200k to $200m in revenue, eating away at Delta's soft drinks market share.
Then, out of nowhere, the growth stopped.
Varun's revenue just fell 5% in Zimbabwe, while Delta's grew 16%, clawing back the ground Varun had spent 10 years taking.
I pulled apart 3 years of head-to-head financials to figure out what actually happened.
Full breakdown here 👇
What do you think? Is this a temporary blip for Varun, or has Delta actually found its footing?

@tmukogo Do you think Varun will be competitive if the Carlberg deal goes through? The ~35% margin by Delta is hard to beat if you are franchising someones’ products, cause they will need to pay fees to Carlberg in addition to taxes in Zim. That will leave them with thin margins.
Thierry Henry reveals Messi's free kicks used to hit the wall every single day in training
"I saw the beginning of the free kicks. I used to come in training, I think it was my second year, and the free kicks were not great at the beginning. So I'm like, I don't think that's something you will ever master"
"But my point is, repetition is key even for the best. There is a gift, yes, but you have to work it"
"This guy was coming taking free kicks hitting the wall day after and then the day after, and then now more often than not his free kicks are a goal or hit the crossbar or the post"
You dont need an alarm to know that youre now aging broo , just realized how Im much into wild life now , like spending time enjoying hyenas and buffalos , facts about crocodiles and snakes 😭😭😭😭. The very same things I mocked my Dad for🤞🏽
@tmukogo In addition to that I think it might be interesting to look into the breakdown of their revenue streams. There might be some differences in ways that the 2 companies are making use of the economies they operate in - looking how they integrated into fintech, insurance & the likes

One of the biggest lessons I have learnt from being around Zimbabweans is this: never allow someone else’s limitations to define you.
You cannot spend your life around people who do not dream big. If they cannot see where your dreams are taking you, they will project their fears onto you, because fear is the killer of dreams.
Many people will try to pull you down to their level because your ambition makes them uncomfortable. They want you to think small so that they can feel better about their own choices. I know many of you have seen this happen.
I see it in Zimbabwean politics too. People will pressure you to support mediocrity because mediocrity is what defines them. You have a broader vision of what can be achieved, while they cannot see beyond the limitations they have imposed on themselves. As a result, they try to force you to support nonsensical personalities and failed ideas.
The people who dream big achieve more because they are willing to imagine possibilities beyond their immediate circumstances. Those who do not dream big often spend their lives trying to drag others down. They cannot see beyond what is directly in front of them. They repeat the same mistakes over and over again while expecting different results.
That is why people who attended the same schools, studied at the same universities, and grew up in the same communities often end up in completely different leagues.
Your hunger for knowledge, your willingness to learn, and the size of your dreams are what separate you from the crowd as you mature into the person you are meant to become.
Do not surround yourself with people who have surrendered to failure. Surround yourself with people who challenge you, inspire you, and encourage you to think bigger than you thought possible.
Don’t be around people who watch your successes but never clap for you. These are the people hoping your wins do not last.
Not everything you do or own has to be known by the public. People may know where you live or what car you drive, but they do not need to know everything else you own or every move you make.
There is value in privacy. The less people know about your affairs, the less they can interfere with them. Not everyone celebrating your success is genuinely happy for you, and not everyone who follows your journey wishes you well.
Protect your peace, protect your plans, and protect your achievements. Nobody can hate, envy, or try to destroy what they do not know exists.
@KuraChihota I wonder how long it will take for our Council/Municipality to rehabilitate inner city water supply systems to support such projects. Not sure if this can be done in Zim with current wave of boreholes.
@Wachewee It will take us many years to catch up. I hope that for the future generations we will be able to offer something more. The other thing I think college profs should open up to inviting people in industry in Zim to be guest lecturers whether they have a college degree or not.
