Photography - Camera’s ready, prepare to flash! Our professional photographer has covered a wide range of imagery, such as events, publicity work and portraits. Stills, time-lapse or hyper-lapse, we own a variety of equipment to take on any photographic task.
AR - With our augmented reality equipment and technical skills, the team have added live, real-time graphics to several productions using Vizrt Engine and Stype RedSpy tracking. We add virtual elements to a set and allow presenters to get up close and interact with live graphics.
Apps - Our development work drives the visuals for the nation’s biggest events. The team have also created apps that fully automate content for TV channels when programmes are off-air. We translate data into output for the audience; social posts, election results and sport stats.

I recently spoke to some broadcast motion designers about how they can make the move to animating with web technologies. These are some slides comparing how tools may be familiar to them in Adobe CC or Vizrt, and how we can set up the conceptual HTML/CSS/JS code in comparison.
I've just signed the petition calling on @BorisJohnson@10DowningStreet to stop his war on our #BBC. It’s a thinly veiled attempt to dodge accountability. Please sign and share today. #savethebbc https://t.co/801Admsarr via @38_degrees
It’s been over a month since the general election. This is a summary of the whole design process and the technology that our live graphics team used across BBC One Scotland, BBC Scotland & BBC Alba. Behind-the-scenes photos by @fjmcfadzean . (THREAD)
I reckon SVG animation is largely untapped for low cost broadcast graphics. Especially for recurring templates. You can start from vector drawing tools like @adobe Illustrator (below), or follow web animation methods from people like @sarah_edo & @lisi_linhart.
