@mal_ae@arvfzkwnx@NewsBFM You know what, I returned a few jabs on you and that's on me. Just pointing out that there are gaps in implementation.
This is helping no one. You do you. I do me.
@mal_ae@arvfzkwnx@NewsBFM Yeah thanks. You seem like you think all Malaysians who live overseas don’t think about the family, friends back home and don’t care about the affairs of the people.
@mal_ae@arvfzkwnx@NewsBFM Perhaps not his fault that printing the plastic card is not properly implemented in branches. But as the top of an organization, it's his job to see that it is implemented properly. At least I imagine that's how the world works everywhere.
@mal_ae@arvfzkwnx@NewsBFM Okay. Well, I'm not criticising that digitalizing is a bad move. Inconsistent behaviour and mixed messages around printing driving license for international use is problematic. Address it using international standards please.
@arieffredza@arvfzkwnx@NewsBFM Mine was expiring, I renewed via app as per instruction AND I asked for a physical copy to be printed. Went to JPJ and when I asked for it, they said we are not printing now, and gave me a letter instead. Which was not usable anywhere outside Malaysia.
@mal_ae@arvfzkwnx@NewsBFM Please define what you mean by impose to others?
I'm asking for consistency to print physical license card that meets international standards, I'm not the first, nor the last person who was rejected after going to two JPJs.
This is the job scope of a person in government.
