@AxisBank it’s not cool to spoil peoples Sunday by making IVR calls to sell your CC. Trust me this is a very bad idea. If I had to wake up to take a call only to know someone trying to sell me a credit card, I will never do any kind of biz. respect peoples time and privacy @RBI

@AskCiti Yes someone from Citi called me and promised to get me connected to concerned team. Since then no response. I did submitted written complaint FULL 2 BD ago and no response to that yet. Its end of 6th BD since i deposited the cheque and waiting for credit

@AskCiti I spoke to your customer executive and submitted online complaint also but seems like no one care at Citi and everyone is too busy in making money for the bank in unethical ways
