Note: Seeding is typically not a lot of money just enough to get ETF going. So I wouldn't read this as 'omg Blackrock is buying a ton of bitcoin' at all but more the fact they doing it and disclosing it shows another step in the process of launching.

@dunleavy89 I'll continue - minimum requirement is as low as $2-3 million - assuming each decides to seed with $20 million it's ~$200 million of buying power.

looking at Canada's 3iq one of the longest running spot ETFs it has ~$700 million AUM so I don't believe we will seed start bigger

Meaning even $1 of inflows could lead to a 10% rally in theory if the next seller demands it and the buyer is willing to pay for it — it becomes the new price
