Also I struggle to see how they were able to buy (no blackout) if the debt is basically closed (assuming they release the news in less than 6 weeks).

@everyonehatesp1 $spcb good business with good margins, starting to get sticky contracts now that will grow revenue consistently.
Apart from that, dirt cheap.
I guess the reasons are iliquidity, people not thinking revs are here to stay and the war (Israeli company, but not much business there)
