@jkenney .......and.....nothing will change.
The elitist Laruentia who actually run the GOC will gather at the bar at the Chateau Laurier, hoist a glass and toast to the continuing status quo and the naivte of Albertans, all "en francais", of course
@nmerrill14@planetJoseph Oh yes they have. Shunned from all family matters. And if one of my family memberswanted to go LDS that is their choice.( we might have a chat first....๐) But why the concern? One church to another. According to you guys, Christian to Christian. What's the big deal?
@CanadianModera1 They love the current equalization formula and lack of political representation in the HOC, and the entrenched Laurentia that actually run the govenrment....
They just love being put in their place!
@jkenney Albertans need to lead, not leave!
( just see how receptive the entrenched Laurentia, who actually run the Federal Government, are to that. Let us know how it turns out...)
@RandomLDS Are you sure? Did the Bible record all that he ever said and did? And of that which it did, how truthful is it? ๐ค
Biblical scholars ask these kinds of questions. It isn't about the Mormon "following Christ".....
@llfuzzball@TheExBeliever I think that about you. To say that Jesus thought this world would last a long time is ridiculous
"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand" ( Mk 1:15)
@nmerrill14@planetJoseph Interesting. I have ex-Mormons in my congregation, and they have to an individual expressed sorrow as to the way family members have treated them. But why? Why would family members be concern๐คed? Mormons say they are Christian, so if one joins another church why the concern?
@llfuzzball@TheExBeliever Jesus' message was firmly rooted in the traditional Jewish expectation of the time:world transformation. He was the champion that end-time devotees had sought. His message of "repent, for the end is near" struck at Rome's foundations. But he died before any of it materialized.
