I think analyzing the supplementary material is just as fun as analyzing the narrative of PH. There are so many little hidden messages to be discovered even in the early art, and Mochijun has said herself that very little changed about the plot's outline from beginning to end.

Something else I want to say about this is the consistent depiction of Oz with small pops of red before it's even revealed that he is the b-rabbit (and a child of ill omen) in the latter half of the series. His characteristic red tie, red roses, etc. Much like the his red eyes.

you gotta love how, as oz slowly begins to regain his powers and build his own individuality over the course of the manga, the colors associated with him shift from the bright golds, greens, and white of vessalius, to the red and black of b-rabbit, and the gold of the abyss

We see other children of ill omen (notably Break) depicted with similar red complementary colors in promotional material as well. PH is a great example of Mochijun's penchant for symbolism & foreshadowing not just within the context of the story, but in supplementary material too
