Wishing him success in leading the nation toward peace, progress, and prosperity. I also extend my appreciation to @Drsr_Official , the esteemed Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, for his positive role and commitment to the democratic process, and for offering a constructive voice in national politics.
Without fascist actors like Sheikh Hasina , the people of Bangladesh can finally make their own decisions and freely choose their future leaders, shaping the destiny of our nation with confidence and hope.
This is a new day and a new journey for Bangladesh, as democracy is renewed and people’s voices are heard more clearly than ever. I am truly delighted to witness the people of Bangladesh casting their votes with such enthusiasm after 17 years. The active participation of citizens reflects a renewed commitment to democratic values and civic responsibility.
While a few isolated incidents have been observed, the overall process represents an important step forward in our democratic journey. I believe the election process will achieve the highest level of acceptance in Bangladesh's history. I respectfully urge all political parties to accept the election results in the spirit of democratic maturity and to engage in meaningful and constructive dialogue for the greater national interest.
I firmly believe that a “Yes” vote in the referendum will mark the beginning of a transformative chapter for a new Bangladesh—one rooted in accountability, stability, and inclusive progress.
I also extend my sincere appreciation to the Interim Government for enabling Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) to exercise their right to vote from abroad. It was a nice moment for me to vote from the U.S., and the ballot had already been received by the returning officer. This inclusion strengthens the bond between the nation and its global citizens.

I congratulate to Bangladesh's Interim government for the initiative to establish a new defence industry zone in Mirsarai, Chattogram. This decision sends a clear message: Bangladesh is a sovereign nation, and our national decisions are made independently—not dictated by any external power.

শিক্ষায় বাজেট কমছে!
শিক্ষায় বাজেট কমছে। এর মানে হচ্ছে শিক্ষা আর গরীবের জন্য থাকছে না, এমনকি নিম্নমধ্যবিত্তের সাধ্যেও থাকছেনা। এক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশ সম্ভবত আমাদের ট্রাম্প সাহেবকে ফলো করছে। তিনি শিক্ষা বিভাগই উঠিয়ে দেবেন বলে ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন। তার মানে কি , তার মানে হচ্ছে রাষ্ট্র শিক্ষার কোনো দায়িত্ব নেবে না। আপনি আপনার সন্তানকে শিক্ষিত করে তুলতে চাইলে পয়সা খরচ করে তা করাবেন। যেখানে ইউনূস সরকার আসার পর প্রত্যাশা ছিল শিক্ষার মানের যে নিম্নগতি সে যায়গায় ইউনূস সরকার একটি বড় ধরণের সংস্কার করবেন । কিন্তু করলেন না। আমার মনে হয় না বাংলাদেশের কোনো রাজনৈতিক দল শিক্ষা সংস্কারে বাঁধা দিত। আমার মেয়ের মিডল স্কুল পরিদর্শন করে হতবাক হয়ে গেলাম এই দেখে যে তাঁর স্কুলে একটি লাইব্রেরির পাশাপাশি দুই দু'টি সায়েন্টিফিক ল্যাব রয়েছে। ৬ ষ্ঠ শ্রেনী থেকেই এল্যাব শিশু কিশোরেরা ব্যবহার করে। মনে হচ্ছিল স্কুলটা তিনটি স্থাপনার উপর নির্ভরশীল তা হচ্ছে দু'টি ল্যাব, একটি লাইব্রেরি, দুটো খেলার মাঠ। কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে আমি কুমিল্লা ভিক্টোরিয়া কলেজ, রংপুর কারমাইকেল কলেজ, চট্টগ্রামের মহসিন কলেজ ঘুরে নিউ ইয়র্কের একটি ষষ্ঠ শ্রেণীর শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য যে ল্যাব ফ্যাসিলিটি আছে তাঁর কিয়দাংস দেখেছি বলে মনে হয় না। এত গেল মাধ্যমিক ও কলেজ লেভেলের কথা । আর উচ্চশিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে যদি বলি বাংলাদেশের একটি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ও আন্তর্জাতিকমানের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হয়ে উঠতে পারে নি। অনেকে বলবেন বুয়েট, ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কিংবা নর্থ সাউথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়। আসলে এগুলো পশ্চিমা ভাষায় বলে টিচিং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়। বাংলাদেশে একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানকেও আপনি রিসার্চ ইউনিভার্সিটি বলতে পারবেন না। আমার ধারণা ছিল ড. ইউনূসের সরকারে অন্তত ৭/৮ জন রয়েছেন যারা বাংলাদেশ এবং পশ্চিমা দেশে পড়ালেখা করেছেন। তারা হয়তো একটা উদ্যোগ নেবেন। না কোনো উদ্যোগই নিলেন না। বাংলাদেশের বিকাশে শিক্ষাই হচ্ছে বড় হাতিয়ার যা দিয়ে আপনি ৩৬০ ডিগ্রীতে দেশকে দাঁড় করাতে পারবেন।
