I got a $10,000 consulting project, along with a sponsored business-class trip to meet the client. Everything went smoothly, except that my resume required optimisation to fit this role. For that, the recruiter connected me to a resume writer charging $800 for his luxury resume services.

When I asked for the bank details, this US-based guy sent me bank details from Nigeria. Lol.

Then I did some research and realised this scam is happening all over the UAE and US, where scammers are making fake recruiter accounts, offering lucrative roles, to fetch money.

Request to political leaders of India 🙏

India is a vibrant democracy, and political disagreement is an essential part of it. But the language used in our political discourse has increasingly become aggressive, personal and divisive. This is a concern that goes beyond any one party, ideology or political camp.

Every political leader—whether in government or opposition—has a responsibility to maintain the dignity of public life. Criticism of policies and decisions is necessary, but personal attacks, abusive language, ridicule and hateful rhetoric only lower the quality of democratic debate.

Leaders have a much greater influence on society than ordinary citizens. When political discourse becomes toxic at the top, it inevitably affects the way people speak to and treat one another. Differences that should remain political can gradually become personal and social divisions.

We should expect more from those who seek to lead the country. Strong leadership does not require aggressive language. Confidence does not require insults. Authority does not require intimidation. A leader can firmly defend a position, challenge an opponent and respond to criticism while still demonstrating restraint, dignity and respect.

India deserves a political culture where questions are welcomed, criticism is answered with arguments, and disagreement does not become hatred.

A request to all our political leaders: please raise the standard of political discourse. The language of our leaders should inspire the nation, not divide it. Power is temporary, but the dignity with which it is exercised becomes part of history.

I beg to differ Sir.. Actual problem is that the investigating agencies don’t support the judiciary appropriately and hence judges have to extend the cases. If they do proper and unbiassed investigation the judiciary will outperform. We still have a very good system of Judiciary but it ancialloary agencies are failing the sustem.
