@MyNykaa Its been 48 hrs since my last complain. ws raised,14 days in total & i hv no clue whr my order is. its prepaid & app isn't evn allowng cancellation. This is so frustratng I can't evn order new stuff as this order is in pipeline hw wl @MyNykaa compensate on ths time & energy lost
@MyNykaa really bad experience with nykaa, ordered some everyday stuff, prepaid, and its been 10 days order is not dispatched yet...called , mailed , raised ticket but no avail!!

@Ccc_jdvvnl With the advent of covid when things can be solved over phone and government advertising step out only of necessary an official handle saying visit office when the customer is of 65 years of age....great! @RajGovOfficial

@Ccc_jdvvnl Your executive called once ...and now no avail...m fed up trying to contact all ..they jus reduced the units only to be added in next month bill... actually the extra charges levied should have been reduced but now no one is answering

@Ccc_jdvvnl without being given any previous bill , electricity bill received is exorbitantly high and also charges are levied for due payment although deferment charged were removed due to corona. No response from helpline...kindly help
