@SMARTWORLDDEV I am an owner in Smartworld’s first project names Orchard sector-61 and there has been no construction of my unit’s building yet! The BBA date of possession mentioned is December 2024 which is in around 3 months.

How’s is Smartworld going to compensate the delayed possession?

@SMARTWORLDDEV I booked a flat in Smartworld Orchard on Dec. 2021. I have already made 30% of the payment months ago. Still I haven’t received allotment letter or BBA.
Why it is taking so long? Why you demanded 30% money if allotment/BBA couldn’t be issued in 30 days of payment?
