Coincidentally, the last box we opened was the one containing the non-veg pizza, so naturally I didn’t have a group photo of all boxes.
Requesting a refund of ₹499 for the incorrect order and better resolution support for customers facing genuine issues.
Ordered 4 veg pizzas and received a non-veg pizza in one of the boxes. As a vegetarian customer, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
What’s worse is that my refund request was rejected simply because I couldn’t provide a photo of all 4 pizzas together. @RebelFoods1
