@livspace its been 4 months there is no progress on the refund process of my project(DIP 3956188). There are fancy claims at the time of sales pitch. Sales manager chandan and general manager subrat kumar dey are non responsive now. Multiple tickets raised but no response.

On 12th Jan amazon delivery person took away my parcel and reported "delivered to security". I have a CCTV footage which I have sent to amazon customer care but nobody has taken any action. Hence posting here. Also everyone be aware frm such scams by dlvy agt

Annoyed with the vadodara service. Last 4 days no pickup has been attempted. It only shows "shipment is not ready". No one came to pickup the shipment or even contacted me. There is no customer care number to call. Pathetic service.

Even after repeated reminders/mails/tweets my query ticket number 164595992 isn't resolved. It's been raised for 48 hours now. I have to book alternate ticket. Why is it called 24×7 help if it takes so long to resolve the query. Please look into it asap
