I opened an NPS account using @ICICIBank . I wasn't informed earlier the charge difference between POP and CRA even when I had asked the executive about the details. I see that "Switch to e-NPS" option has been removed. How inconvenient is this entire process @NSDL_Depository !

@NSDL_Depository@PMOIndia An individual subscriber ends up paying significantly via POP account opening. Shift to eNPS isn't there anymore. No workaround for this problem seems even more frustrating. If I were informed well about the POP charges, I'd had definitely gone for eNPS

DND doesn't work! B'cos employees are trying to find the leads using their personal number. This is happening with major organisations as well @AxisBank@HDFC_Bank. @reliancejio please provide a way for me to report these numbers so that these numbers are automatically blocked.
