Sir @nitin_gadkari, a grievance regarding the Vehicle RC address change process in Delhi.
For Passport, PAN and Voter ID, address updates can be done using Aadhaar-based verification. But for Vehicle RC, citizens need extra proofs and face avoidable process complexity.

Why can’t RC address change be as simple as Aadhaar authentication, updating the address, and requesting a revised RC?
The current process asks when the address changed and may impose archaic delay penalties. Requesting a citizen-friendly digital process via @mParivahanteam
