I learned today that there’s a law in Argentina that men who don’t pay child support are banned from soccer/football stadiums. There’s a registry of 13,000 men that Argentina sent to US authorities asking them to not allow them into World Cup games.
The time-wasting from England's openers was entirely predictable but means the Test loses even more overs.
The best way to prevent it would be to empower umpires - as the players came out, they should have said there would be two overs of play, no matter what.
According to World Bank, more no of Indian people are surviving on less than $6.85 per day in 2024 than in 1990.
This is an astounding data!
And it merits a exhaustive deliberation among policy makers on what went wrong after globalization?
Whose growth was it, anyway?

(1/n) IndiGo refuses to share my ticket despite transacting the full amount for my booking.
I booked a @IndiGo6E 11:30am flight for 23rd May from CCU to HYD on 18th May. I haven't yet received a copy of my ticket, although I've provided my mobile number and email ID.
(2/n) I called @IndiGo6E and was told that my transaction has been rejected. Why I was not informed by email/phone? Now the airline is asking me to buy fresh tickets albeit at a higher rate. Meanwhile, the transaction amount hasn't even been refunded to me!

Honey buzzards are incredible raptors; as their name suggests, they are immune to bee stings. These raptors have a special adaptation: thick, scaly feathers on their face and legs, which act as armour against stings. Their nostrils face upwards, further minimizing the risk. Even if stung, a loose layer of skin beneath their feathers may deflect deeper penetration, which helps them enjoy honey directly from the bee hives without any issues.
