17 जुलाई को देहरादून आ रहा हूँ। पर उत्तराखंड ही क्यों? क्योंकि देवभूमि को पेपर लीक का epicentre बना दिया गया है।

UKSSSC परीक्षा में यहाँ एक “सिस्टम” बैठ गया है, जहाँ पटवारी, लेखपाल, या कोई और पद क़ाबिलियत से नहीं, अपराधियों के तय किए रेट से मिलता है।

सरकार ने सख़्त नकल-विरोधी क़ानून बनाया - फिर भी लीक होते रहे। क़ानून काग़ज़ पर रहा, और पेपर बाज़ार में बिकते रहे।

ज़रा सोचिए, एक बच्चे ने सालों तैयारी की। फ़ॉर्म भरा, फ़ीस दी, दूर के सेंटर तक गया। और उसका पद किसी और ने ख़रीद लिया।
यह लीक नहीं - यह चोरी है। उस युवा के हक़ की, उसके रोज़गार की, उसके भविष्य की।

मैं उत्तराखंड के हर अभ्यर्थी, हर छात्र, हर युवा से कहता हूँ - यह आपकी लड़ाई है, और मैं आपके साथ हूँ।

17 जुलाई, देहरादून। आइए, ‘छात्रों की गूँज’ को हुंकार बनाएँ। भविष्य नीलाम नहीं होने देंगे। सपने लीक नहीं होने देंगे।

महाराष्ट्र TET का पेपर लीक हुआ, परीक्षा रद्द हुई। 6 लाख अभ्यर्थी अधर में। दो हफ्ते हो गए, नई तारीख़ का कोई अता-पता नहीं।

लीक करने वाले आज़ाद, सिस्टम बेदाग़ और सज़ा भुगत रहा है वो जिसने ईमानदारी से मेहनत की।

ये देश के कार्यरत और होने वाले शिक्षक हैं जिनके हाथ में भारत का भविष्य है - ये वही लोग हैं जिन्होंने साल दर साल तैयारी की, फॉर्म भरे, फीस दी, दूर-दराज के सेंटर तक गए। और अब बस इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं, बिना तारीख़, बिना जवाब।

मुख्यमंत्री जी - तीन चीज़ें, आज ही:
1. समय-सीमा : TET की नई तारीख़ अभी घोषित कीजिए।
2. जवाबदेही : लीक के ज़िम्मेदारों पर कार्रवाई हो, अभ्यर्थी पर नहीं।
3. भविष्य की रक्षा : जिनका साल इस लीक के कारण बर्बाद हुआ, उन्हें उम्र सीमा में छूट दी जाए।

गलती संस्था की, सज़ा अभ्यर्थी को - यह इंसाफ़ नहीं है।

17 जुलाई को देहरादून में मैं पेपर लीक के बढ़ते संकट पर आपसे विस्तार से बात करूंगा। अब समय आ गया है शिक्षा क्रांति का - ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाने का, जहां युवाओं को सिस्टम की नाकामी नहीं, अपनी मेहनत का फल मिले।

अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय जल में तीन दिन में तीन जहाज़ों पर अमेरिकी हमलों में तीन भारतीयों की मृत्यु हो गई। और हमारे Compromised PM? एक शब्द तक नहीं।

जब कोई विदेशी ताकत किसी भारतीय की हत्या करे, तो प्रधानमंत्री को बोलना पड़ता है। लेकिन मजाल है जो ये एक शब्द बोल जाएं।

Compromised PM भारत माता के बेटों की रक्षा नहीं कर सकते, क्योंकि जिन्होंने उन बेटों की जान ली उन्हें नाराज़ करने की इनमें न हिम्मत है, न ताकत।
