1️⃣ 118% increase in discrimination cases against SC, ST, and OBC
2️⃣ Out of 45 Vice Chancellors, only 1 SC, 1 ST, and just 5 OBC
3️⃣ 80% of Professor posts for OBCs and 83% for STs in Central Universities are vacant
4️⃣ For Associate Professors, 65% ST, 51% SC, and 69% OBC category posts are vacant.

अगर आपको UGC कानून से भय है तो अपने बच्चों को न्याय के मूल सिखाएँ। समानता सिखाएँ। सम्मान देना सिखाएँ। भारत में जातिगत भेदभाव, जातिवादी टिप्पणियों की अब कोई जगह नहीं है।

यूजीसी के नए नियम किसी वर्ग के खिलाफ नहीं हैं। ये नियम विश्वविद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों में जाति के नाम पर होने वाले भेदभाव और उत्पीड़न को रोकने के लिए हैं। सामंतवादी इन नियमों के खिलाफ खुलकर मैदान में आ गए हैं। यानि कि सामंतवादी जातीय उत्पीड़न को अपना अधिकार मानते हैं और उसे जारी रखना चाहते हैं।
