🧵 China is doubling down on physical education in primary schools.
Come with me 👇
• One of the most notable changes is the introduction of 2+ additional hours of daily physical activity for primary school students.
• The goal goes beyond sports. It is designed to improve physical fitness, reduce childhood obesity, strengthen mental well-being, and encourage healthier lifestyles from an early age.
• With screen time and sedentary habits becoming more common worldwide, China is placing greater emphasis on movement as a core part of education.
• Research consistently shows that regular physical activity can improve concentration, memory, emotional resilience, and overall academic performance.
• This approach reflects a broader view of education: developing healthy, well-rounded children rather than focusing solely on test scores.
• The long-term impact could be significant, healthier students today may translate into a healthier, more productive society tomorrow.
• As many countries debate how to improve educational outcomes, China's investment in daily physical activity offers an interesting model worth watching.
What do you think? Should more countries increase physical education time in schools? 👇🏽

I’m all for it. Kids were never designed to spend most of their day sitting still. More movement doesn’t just build stronger bodies, it can improve focus, confidence, teamwork, and even academic performance.

"70% of our planet is covered by water, yet we named it Earth. If aliens ever visit, they're probably going to assume we failed the branding meeting." 😂🌍💧
@utch07 We literally looked at a blue planet and chose to call it “Earth”
Somewhere out there, aliens are probably judging our naming skills in silence.
Honestly, “Planet Ocean” would’ve been a much better branding choice
@utch07@GenLayer Trustlessness is powerful, but in practice it mostly reduces and redistributes trust rather than eliminating it, since even onchain systems still rely on governance, oracles, and assumptions about real-world inputs.
Real innovation is trustlessness. Immutable onchain rules let markets settle without human arbitration or committees, removing bias and manipulation since outcomes are predefined. Traditional oracles rely on off-chain human panels, adding trust and delays. @GenLayer enables fully onchain settlement. Fast, transparent, verifiable.
The U.S. government's export control directive effectively suspends access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all foreign nationals, both within and outside the United States.

As national security becomes a bigger factor in AI policy, restrictions like these may not only limit access but also accelerate the global push for AI independence, further dividing the technological landscape.

@utch07@AnthropicAI National security concerns are increasingly shaping access to advanced AI, but restrictions of this scale could accelerate global fragmentation of the AI ecosystem and deepen the race for technological self-sufficiency. 🔒🌐
Today's prediction: 🇧🇷 Brazil 3️⃣ - 1️⃣ Morocco 🇲🇦
Brazil's attacking quality should make the difference, but Morocco won't go down without a fight.

@utch07 Fair play to Morocco, they were the standout side. 🇲🇦👏
Many expected Brazil's quality to shine through, but Morocco matched them every step of the way and earned that result. This team keeps proving they're far more than just underdogs.
Looking back, one of the worst crypto decisions I ever made came from following advice that sounded confident instead of doing my own research.
Back in mid-2022, someone told me:
"Don't bother checking the project's website. Just buy it through Trust Wallet and use PooCoin to track it. It's early, bro."
That was apparently all the due diligence I needed.
No team check. No tokenomics review. No liquidity analysis. No hard questions.
Just pure vibes and a chart that looked like it was headed to the moon.
I swapped in, watched my portfolio pump for a few days, and started mentally spending profits that didn't even exist yet.
Then reality showed up.
Liquidity disappeared. The chart turned into a ski slope. The community vanished faster than the gains.
That experience taught me a lesson I'll never forget: if I can't explain why I'm buying something, I probably shouldn't be buying it.
Funny enough, that's one reason I appreciate what @RallyOnchain is building. Real participation, real users, and real reasons to be there always beat chasing the next "hidden gem."
What's the worst crypto advice you've ever received (or ignored)? 👇
@utch07 Couldn't agree more. A green chart isn't research, and confidence isn't due diligence. Some of the most expensive crypto lessons come from borrowing someone else's conviction instead of doing your own homework. 📉💯
$BTC on the 4H timeframe is still showing bullish structure overall📈, with buyers defending higher lows.
Momentum is slowing a bit near resistance, so a short-term pullback or consolidation wouldn’t be surprising before the next move up.
If BTC holds above key support zones, continuation toward new local highs remains likely; losing support could trigger a deeper retrace.
