Lost count how many times I’ve tried to contact @Hermesparcels about this parcel (via email, phone, and twitter). Where is my parcel? It’s been over 24hours and it hasn’t arrived but @SavageXFenty seems to think it has.

@Hermesparcels #hermesparcels absolute nightmare trying to contact Hermes. My parcel has not been delivered and they did not even attempt delivering it.

Waited at the door for about an hour to make sure I get my delivery which has had “issues”. No one showed up, no one was anywhere near the building when there was an “attempted delivery” at 14:04. They have never called or rang the intercom. @Hermesparcels

and now my parcel is being sent back to the sender. Not okay @Hermesparcels
