Chuẩn Bị Gì Trước Thông Tin Luật Crypto?

Thuế 0,1% được nhắc là tính trên giá trị chuyển nhượng, không phải chỉ tính trên phần lời.

Theo như mình được hiểu:
Anh em chuyển nhượng 100 triệu, thuế là khoảng 100.000 đồng.
Anh em chuyển nhượng 1 tỷ, thuế là khoảng 1 triệu đồng.

Cái này khá giống cách tính thuế khi bán chứng khoán.
Nhà nước không ngồi tính từng lệnh anh em lời hay lỗ.
Mà tính theo giá trị giao dịch.

Nhưng crypto không giống chứng khoán.
Chứng khoán có công ty chứng khoán, có sàn trong nước, có dữ liệu rõ, bán xong thường được khấu trừ thuế tự động.

Còn crypto thì phức tạp hơn nhiều.
Anh em có thể giao dịch trên Binance, OKX, Bybit,...
Có thể mua bán P2P.
Có thể rút coin về ví riêng.
Có thể swap on-chain.
Có thể dùng nhiều ví, nhiều sàn, nhiều mạng blockchain khác nhau.

Nếu sau này cần kê khai, mình sẽ lấy dữ liệu ở đâu?

Đây mới là chỗ anh em cần chuẩn bị.
Không phải đợi tới lúc bị hỏi mới bắt đầu lục lại lịch sử giao dịch.

Theo mình, hiện tại anh em nên chuẩn bị 4 việc.

Một là lưu lịch sử giao dịch.
Mua gì, bán gì, ngày nào, trên sàn nào, giá trị bao nhiêu.
Đừng nghĩ “để sau tính”.
Sau này nhiều sàn đổi giao diện, giới hạn lịch sử tải về, hoặc tài khoản bị khóa xác minh, tìm lại rất cực.

Hai là lưu lịch sử nạp rút.
Tiền từ ngân hàng vào sàn.
Coin từ sàn ra ví và ngược lại.
USDT bán ra VND.
Những dòng tiền này sau này có thể cần giải thích.

Ba là giữ sao kê ngân hàng liên quan P2P.
Nếu anh em mua bán USDT qua ngân hàng, nên lưu lại dữ liệu rõ ràng.
Đừng để giao dịch lớn nhưng sau này không nhớ tiền đ�� từ đâu ra, chuyển cho ai, mục đích gì.

Bốn là giao dịch lớn thì nên hỏi người có chuyên môn.
Nếu dòng tiền qua ngân hàng lớn, P2P nhiều, hoặc thường xuyên rút nạp VND, tốt nhất nên hỏi chuyên gia thuế hoặc cơ quan thuế.

Đừng tự đoán. Vì mỗi trường hợp có thể khác nhau.

Nhưng bị quản lý thuế không có nghĩa crypto được dùng như tiền thanh toán.
Đây là hai chuyện khác nhau.

Một chuyện là nhà nước quản lý thuế với tài sản số.
Chuyện khác là crypto có được dùng để thanh toán hay không.

Khi pháp luật chưa cho phép, anh em vẫn không nên dùng crypto như phương tiện thanh toán.

Vậy nên tóm lại, trước thông tin luật crypto, anh em không cần hoảng.
Anh em càng hoảng, càng rối thì càng khó quản lý crypto và gặp nhiều vấn đề không cần thiết.

Người chuẩn bị sớm sẽ nhẹ đầu hơn người đợi tới lúc cần giải trình mới bắt đầu tìm lịch sử giao dịch.

Đừng sợ luật.
Hãy sợ mình không có dữ liệu để giải thích khi cần.
