It’s been a minute since any new 2nd story residential has been developed in Uptown Wadesboro, but we are pleased to report that the 124/126 West Wade studio apartments project is moving along and should be ready to lease by summer.

Exciting morning at the new Dunkin ribbon cutting this morning in Wadesboro. Folks were lined up around the block to be one of the first 50 cars to go through the drive-through and win free coffee for a year!

This morning, AnsonEDP was pleased to participate in the ribbon cutting for Supreme Home Care and Wellness Lab. Supreme is opening its first North Carolina location in Wadesboro after several years providing services to the Cheraw community in South Carolina.

Anson County’s newest outdoor economy business, Diamond Hill Bird Company, is located in the Burnsville area. Owned by Chance and Kaitlyn Emrich, Diamond Hill is a commercial quail and pheasant farm, and a breeder and trainer of fine bird dogs.
