@socialepfo I have updated bank KYC info, but my ex-employer is unable to approve due to EPFO bug. Also, I'm unable to transfer UAN to new employer. Grievance portal also has a bug and toll free no doesn't work. Pls help!

@socialepfo @EpfoHelp My ex-employer can't approve the bank kyc. Without the bank kyc I can't trf the EPF to the new employer. Tried to use the grievance portal and that gave an error too! Called the helpline and didn't work either! Any help would be appreciated.

@TeamYouTube I just tried it again and it worked! 🤷 There should be a way to delete the card, so that I could add the CC again, and have it charged my CC instead of my debit card. Thanks though!

I can't use my @TeamYouTube premium subscription for my Google family plan, though I am using an @icicibank__care Mastercard CC that should support recurring billing. (Spotify, Amazon etc manage to charge it just fine!) Ps. Im in India. (I've also tried my Visa debit card).

@TeamYouTube I have tried adding a backup payment method, but as I said, my bank keeps sending me the above SMS for charges against the primary card failing. (You don't seem to be charging the backup payment method)

Neither are these "steps" present in the website or the app, and standing instruction doesn't make sense coz I have not setup one for YouTube. (Unlike an SIP, for eg)

@Flock After spending 6yrs in my first stint, my "first day at work" was as follows:

- skip the HR induction
- meet old friends! (this happened for a whole week)

It felt like a family reunion after 2 years!
Ps. I've finished 5 years in the 2nd stint (and counting!) 😇
